Thanks for shopping with Veluneo! We ship worldwide to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how, when, and how much it costs to get your order to you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is:

  • United States: 10-15 business days
  • Canada: 12-18 business days
  • United Kingdom: 12-18 business days
  • Australia: 12-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our order tracking page or contacting us at support@veluneo.store.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Veluneo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@veluneo.store within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@veluneo.store as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damaged package or item. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the United States), you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
